Questions
Where do I put the link on Twitch?
Add a panel in the About section of your channel with your store link, add it to your social links, and set up a chat command with whatever chat bot you use so mods can post it during streams.
Can I sell game items or keys?
Only what you own the rights to. Overlays, guides and coaching you made yourself are fine. Reselling game keys, accounts or copyrighted assets breaks our creator policy and usually the game's terms.
Does Insidemetics take a commission on my sales?
No. Insidemetics charges a flat monthly or yearly plan and takes 0% of your sales. Buyers pay into your own PayPal account, or your Razorpay account for buyers in India, and PayPal or Razorpay charges its own processing fee.
How do buyers pay?
Buyers around the world pay with PayPal or a card through your PayPal account. Buyers in India can pay by UPI, card or netbanking in rupees through your Razorpay account. Access or the download link is sent by email only after the payment is confirmed to our server.
How do I connect payments?
On the Payments page, connect your PayPal business account by pasting the Client ID and Secret of an app you create at developer.paypal.com. To take UPI from buyers in India, also click Connect with Razorpay, log in and click Allow. You can disconnect either one any time.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you sell 1 paid product and give away unlimited free downloads, with no card and no time limit. Pro and Business start with a 7-day free trial (card required) when you want more.
