A product or any link
Send a product from your store, or any web page: your YouTube video, a form, a WhatsApp channel.
A public reply too
Answer under the comment so others know it works. Lines rotate so replies don't all look the same.
Followers only
They tap a button first, and if they don't follow you yet, we ask them to before sending the link. Pro and Business.
Collect emails first
Ask for an email before the link; it lands in your Customers list, marked Instagram. Pro and Business.
Any post, or your next one
Run one keyword across all your posts, or set it up before you publish. Pro and Business.
See what it sold

Questions
Is Auto DM safe for my Instagram account?
It uses Instagram's official messaging API, connected through Instagram's own login, never your password or a browser bot. It only sends the one private reply Instagram allows for each comment, within 7 days of the comment, and never messages anyone who hasn't commented or written to you first.
Do I need a professional Instagram account?
Yes, a Business or Creator account. Instagram only allows automated messages from professional accounts. Switching is free in Instagram's settings and keeps your followers and posts.
How much does it cost?
Auto DM is included in every plan, with unlimited DMs, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Pro runs 10 automations at a time; Business runs as many as you like.
Is there really no limit on DMs?
We don't cap how many auto DMs you send on any plan. Instagram itself limits how many messages any app can send in a short time, so on a post that goes viral a few replies may fail. Your Auto DM page shows any that didn't go out and why, and nobody is messaged twice for the same comment.
Does it work on reels and posts?
Yes, on any post or reel on your feed. Story replies aren't supported yet.
