Creator & Marketplace Policy

Insidemetics is a platform. When you sell on it, you are the seller: the sale is between you and your customer, and payment goes to your own Razorpay account. This policy sets out what that means. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Your products

  • You must own, or have permission to sell, everything you list — text, video, music, images, templates and course material.
  • Describe products accurately: what's included, format, length, delivery time and any requirements. Don't promise results you can't guarantee (income, weight loss, exam scores, cures).
  • Only use real reviews from real customers. Don't write, buy or edit testimonials to mislead.
  • Prices must be the full amount the buyer pays you, in INR, with any taxes you charge made clear.
  • Products must be allowed under our Spam, Scam & Fraud Policy and Razorpay's policies.

Delivery and support

  • Deliver what you sell: upload working files or links, keep course content available for the access period you promise, attend calls you've booked, and fulfil custom requests in the time you state.
  • Answer customer questions within a reasonable time (we suggest 2 working days). Buyers can reply to their receipt email to reach you.
  • State your refund terms on your product page and honour them. Refund faulty, undelivered or misdescribed purchases.

Payments, taxes and compliance

  • You need your own Razorpay account in good standing and must follow Razorpay's terms, KYC and settlement rules.
  • You are responsible for your income tax, GST registration and invoicing where they apply, TDS/TCS obligations, and any licences your work needs (for example, SEBI registration for investment advice).
  • If you sell to buyers outside India, you're responsible for meeting foreign-exchange (FEMA) and export rules, and for keeping the remittance records (such as FIRA/e-FIRA from Razorpay or your bank) that apply to you.
  • Your customers' data is yours to look after: use it only for their purchase and for marketing they've agreed to, and follow India's data-protection law.

What Insidemetics does

  • Hosts your store, delivers purchases after Razorpay confirms payment, sends receipts, and gives you tools to manage customers and refunds.
  • Reviews reports from buyers and the public, and may remove products or suspend stores that break our policies (see the fraud policy for how).
  • Does not hold your money, set your prices, or guarantee your sales.

Store directory and promotion

If you opt in, we may show your store in our public creator directory and use your store name and public content to promote Insidemetics. You can opt out at any time.
