This policy explains what Insidemetics collects and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

For creators: name, email, mobile number, store details, and Razorpay API keys (stored encrypted). For buyers: name, email, optional phone number, and what they bought. For visitors: anonymous page views, referrer and device type. We never see or store card or UPI details; Razorpay handles those.

How we use it

To run your account and store, deliver purchases, keep accounts secure, show creators their analytics, and comply with the law. We don't sell personal data.

Who we share it with

A buyer's details are shared with the creator they bought from. We use service providers to run the platform (hosting, database, payments, email) who process data only on our instructions.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to support@insidemetics.com. We keep order records as long as tax law requires.
