Our role

Insidemetics provides software that lets independent creators run their own stores. Creators — not Insidemetics — are the sellers of the products and services on their stores. We don't create, check the quality of, or endorse those products, and opinions or claims made by creators are their own. We do act on reports of policy violations (see our fraud policy).

No professional advice

Content sold or shared by creators — including fitness, health, finance, legal, career or education content — is for general information unless the creator is appropriately qualified and says otherwise. Results described by creators are not guaranteed.

Third-party services

Payments for creators' products are processed by Razorpay under each creator's Razorpay account, and plan fees are processed by Paddle. Video, calls and files may be hosted by services creators choose (such as YouTube, Zoom, Google Meet or Google Drive). These services have their own terms; outages, delays, holds or decisions by them are outside our control, though we'll help where we can.

Availability

We aim to keep Insidemetics available and secure, back up data regularly, and fix problems quickly, but we can't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Insidemetics's total liability to a creator for any claim relating to Insidemetics is limited to the plan fees the creator paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue or data. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them — for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or rights you have as a consumer under Indian law — and nothing here removes our legal obligations.
