Where are course videos hosted?
Add lessons from YouTube (unlisted), Vimeo, Loom or Google Drive. Only enrolled students can open the lesson pages; for stronger protection, use a host with domain restriction such as Vimeo.
Do I need to charge GST on my course?
It depends on your turnover and registration. Read our guide to GST on ebooks and online courses, and confirm with a chartered accountant.
Does Insidemetics take a commission on my sales?
No. Insidemetics charges a flat monthly or yearly plan and takes 0% of your sales. Buyers pay into your own Razorpay account; Razorpay charges its own processing fee (2% + GST on the fee on its standard plan).
How do buyers in India pay?
Through Razorpay checkout: UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets, in rupees. Access or the download link is sent by email only after Razorpay confirms the payment to our server.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. There is a 7-day free trial. You add a card to start it, and you can cancel before it ends without being charged.
