What file types can I sell?

Any file buyers can download: PDF, EPUB, ZIP, images, audio, video, presets and so on. Each file can be up to 100 MB, with up to 10 files per product. For larger files, add a delivery link instead.

Does Insidemetics take a commission on my sales?

No. Insidemetics charges a flat monthly or yearly plan and takes 0% of your sales. Buyers pay into your own Razorpay account; Razorpay charges its own processing fee (2% + GST on the fee on its standard plan).

How do buyers in India pay?

Through Razorpay checkout: UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets, in rupees. Access or the download link is sent by email only after Razorpay confirms the payment to our server.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. There is a 7-day free trial. You add a card to start it, and you can cancel before it ends without being charged.
