Which plan do memberships need?
Memberships and paid communities are part of the Business plan. You can build one as a draft on any plan and publish it once you upgrade.
Does Insidemetics add members to my Telegram group automatically?
No. Members receive your invite link by email after paying. To remove someone who stops paying, you remove them from the group yourself; their status shows as cancelled or ended on the product's Members page.
Does Insidemetics take a commission on my sales?
No. Insidemetics charges a flat monthly or yearly plan and takes 0% of your sales. Buyers pay into your own PayPal account, or your Razorpay account for buyers in India, and PayPal or Razorpay charges its own processing fee.
How do buyers pay?
Buyers around the world pay with PayPal or a card through your PayPal account. Buyers in India can pay by UPI, card or netbanking in rupees through your Razorpay account. Access or the download link is sent by email only after the payment is confirmed to our server.
How do I connect payments?
On the Payments page, connect your PayPal business account by pasting the Client ID and Secret of an app you create at developer.paypal.com. To take UPI from buyers in India, also click Connect with Razorpay, log in and click Allow. You can disconnect either one any time.
